Carlos Perea León de la Barra (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Ruta Network mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App, in compliance with applicable laws and Apple’s App Store privacy requirements.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Account-related information
b) Location Data
• Precise or approximate location data, collected only after explicit user consent through device permissions
• Users may disable location access at any time through device settings
This data is used to:
• Provide relevant running routes
• Display nearby partner locations such as water, bathrooms, and cafés
c) Usage Data
• Interactions within the App
• Routes viewed, saved, or created
• Feature usage and engagement
d) Device Information
• Device type
• Operating system
• App version
e) Payment Information
• Subscription status and transaction data processed via Apple App Store or authorized third-party providers
We do not store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and operate the App

3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on:

4. Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Specifically:
• We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
• We do not engage in cross-app or cross-website tracking
• We do not share personal data with data brokers or advertising networks for tracking purposes
We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.
As a result, the App does not currently require permission under Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework.
If tracking practices change in the future, we will:
• Request user permission through the ATT framework
• Clearly explain the purpose of tracking before obtaining consent
We may use third-party services such as analytics providers (e.g., Firebase) and payment processors.
These providers may collect limited data as necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated not to use it for independent tracking or advertising purposes.
We are responsible for all third-party code included in the App and ensure that such services do not perform unauthorized tracking.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
• With service providers that support the operation of the App
